CANADIAN ORDERS

Our shipping rate includes drop site delivery to any address in Canada. GST in the amount of 5% will be added to all Canadian orders. HST in the amount of 12% will be added to orders within the Province of British Columbia. LASS Enterprises Inc. is located in Vancouver, BC and can only collect and remit HST within British Columbia. Self-assessment of PST/HST outside of the Province of British Columbia is the responsibility of the buyer at their time of remittance.

UNITED STATES ORDERS

Our shipping rate includes drop site delivery to any address in the United States. As LASS Enterprises Inc. is located in British Columbia, Canada we cannot collect and remit federal/state tax within the United States. For this reason all federal/state taxes, import duty charges, and any other applicable import fees are responsibility of the buyer. Our shipping company will notify you once your shipment has arrived at port and inform you of any of the aforementioned import fees that may be outstanding. These fees, if applicable, will need to be paid before the shipment is released and delivered to you. You will have the option to clear these items yourself or request that the shipping company do it for you. Please note that these fees are not included in any of the pricing in The Landscape Architect Superstore. We have no control over United States importation duty and tax regulations and fees. Once your items are cleared, they will be delivered to the address you specified during your checkout.

WORLDWIDE ORDERS

Our shipping rate includes delivery to Port or point of entry to specified country. As LASS Enterprises Inc. is located in British Columbia, Canada we cannot collect and remit federal/state/provincial tax outside of Canada. For this reason all federal/state/provincial taxes, import duty charges, and any other applicable import fees are responsibility of the buyer. Our shipping company will notify you once your shipment has arrived to Port or point of entry. Once you are notified of the shipment arrival, LASS Enterprises Inc. and the Landscape Architect Superstore have completed delivery to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to clear their items from their Port or point of entry. Port or point of entry is defined as any point of entry into the country.
